Your FIRME account works without a password. Enter the email used for your diagnostic: you receive a 6-digit code, valid 10 minutes, that opens the list of your last 6 analyses. You can resume an analysis where you left off, edit it, review your #1 priority and order the complete plan.
How to find a saved analysis?
Every completed diagnostic is saved with the email you gave in step 2. To find it, enter that same email above, then click “Get the code”. Check your inbox, and also your spam folder if the message is slow to arrive. Then enter the code: the list of your analyses appears, from most recent to oldest.
- Use the same email as during the diagnostic.
- Request a new code if the first one has expired.
- Open the analysis you want to review your priority and your actions.
Why doesn’t FIRME use a password?
A one-time code sent by email is simpler for you and safer: there is no password to remember, reuse or have stolen. Only the person with access to the mailbox can open the analyses. Your information is processed according to our privacy policy, which complies with Quebec’s Law 25.
Frequently asked questions
I didn’t receive my code, what should I do?
Check your spam folder and the spelling of your address. Wait a minute, then request a new code. The most recently received code is the only valid one.
Can I find an analysis done with another email?
No. To protect your data, an analysis only opens with the email given during the diagnostic. Make the request again with that address.
Do I need an account to take a diagnostic?
No. The free diagnostic is done right on the home page, without an account. Your email is only used to save the analysis so you can find it here.
